Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be shipped. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Shipping And Handling We aim to despatch all orders on the same day if we receive the order before 3.30pm, subject to availability. Large & heavy items, such as hutches, cages, dog beds, food & cat litter or products of high value, will only be sent on one of our courier services.
*1 Standard delivery is packages up to approximately 2kg in weight. *2 Large, Heavy or high valued items such as hutches, parrot cages etc. cannot go via a standard delivery due to the restrictions placed on us by the Post Office. *3 Special delivery and small packets up to 2kg only. If you believe your item to be large or are not sure then please e-mail us for an accurate quote on email address *4 All courier services are working days only, no deliveries available on Saturday. *5 This is for large items only, split smaller orders into 2 or more orders if necessary. *6 Please note that no claim can be made if the goods are damaged if they were signed for as okay. If the box is damaged or you are in doubt please sign and state they are "unchecked" All orders over £100 cannot be sent on a standard service due to the value of the parcel. All first time orders must go to the home address of the customer. Established customers can nominate an alternative delivery address, subject to agreement with Pets in Town. Orders will be sent via Parcel force or our contracted courier company. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For all orders made, 17.5% VAT is added. Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The check out pages are stored on a secure https server.
